Tide Pool Bay

During our first exploration of Green Turtle Cay, we found a beautiful bay that took our breath away - techincally it is called Bita Bay, but we prefer Tide Pool Bay. We decided to explore it further a couple of days later and discovered that it held a beautiful coral reef just 60 feet off the beach which was one of the prettiest coral gardens we have seen. We spent a quiet day, sitting on the beach, snorkeling and exploring the small rock island that protects the bay from the ocean. This also gave us a chance to try out our new underwater housing for Santa's digital camera! LOOK REALLY CLOSELY AT THE UNDERWATER PICTURE OF THE SAND...FIRST PERSON TO CORRECTLY IDENTIFY THIS WINS! (Hint - look for the eyeballs)

Aunt Gerilyn wins!! It is indeed a flounder and if it hadn't moved, we would have never seen it. Thanks for playing 'Find the Flounder!'
Gery - sorry to here about work on Saturday...We also had a lot of work today - starting with playing on the beach, then boogey boarding behind the dinghy, then fishing from the dock. Finally we walked all the way to town. We are worn out and need a vacation! So fear not - you are not alone.
You guys really know how to beat a guy when he's down!! Annie is reading this with me and is laughing a mischievous laugh.
